  • We meet on site to discuss your vision, review drawings, assess the property, and understand your budget and goals.

  • Based on the site visit and provided plans, we prepare an initial quote outlining the scope of works and estimated costs.

  • If you’re happy to proceed, we return to site with our electrician and plumber to confirm key service requirements, including electrical, plumbing, and glazing. This ensures accuracy before final pricing.

  • We issue an updated quote reflecting confirmed specifications and trade input.

  • Once approved, we provide all insurance, accreditation, and contract documentation to formalise your project and prepare for construction.

  • We are committed to delivering a seamless building experience through:
