I highly recommend Newstock Developments! They have done an exceptional job and I am delighted with the end result.

Billy the owner is professional, friendly and always contactable. Rarely were there any problems and if there was something, one word to Billy and the reply was, ‘I’m on it!’. True to his word, any problem was fixed in no time.

His team are polite, arrive on time, are highly skilled and work hard.

Friends & family have commented how fortunate we have been to have chosen this company!

Billy and his team were fantastic. They had a tight timeline to keep to as we had a baby on the way. They worked some weekends to ensure everything was ready on time

Quality of the build was also excellent. Billy did regular inspections throughout the build to ensure everything was perfect

The team were also incredibly polite, tidy and helpful. This was vital as we had to stay in the house while the build was ongoing!

I would thoroughly recommended Billy and his team and hope to use them again in the future.

Billy and his team have just completed a single storey rear extension on my house. This is the first time I have ever done such a major renovation and I was very nervous about the whole process. Billy has been very patient with me, explaining everything that need to happen and keeping me updated throughout. Any problems (of which there weren’t many) he sorted out straightaway, including a couple of changes to the original design as the build progressed. His team work incredibly hard and I could not be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Billy and his team.

The Newstock team carried out a massive refurbishment on my bungalow including the demolition, only leaving 2 walls standing.

Refurbishment including foundation drainage and building the full shell to watertight this was all carried out in great time consider the bad rain we have had the last few months.

Thanks Newstock Developments

Bill and his team did an excellent job replacing and extending our patio. The work was done to an excellent standard in just 6 days.

Bill and his team did an amazing job building our loft conversion and single storey rear conversion for our Victorian property. The crew are friendly and really work hard to deliver throughout the different stages. They also accommodated our requirements to be able to live in the property whilst the work was done. When minor changes to the design were needed Bill and the team made sure we were fully informed, and kept up to date. He also went out of his way to make sure our neighbours were happy when the extension work was in progress. Would definitely recommend Newstock Developments

I highly recommend anyone to trust this company with any project. Billy (owner) is professional, friendly and easy to communicate with when it comes to specific needs in a job. His staff are really good guys, hard working and courteous even under pressure. I have used Newstock Developments for several jobs now and never disappointed with any of their work. I'm sure they are hard to beat by any competitor!

Billy, his team and subcontractors carried out a professional single storey extension on our home after initially being contracted to complete only ground works Billy supervised as deadlines were pressured by our wedding date and the failings of the first contractor By working with Newstock we had access to all the suppliers and traders we needed to complete our project with Billy handling materials ordering and labour From groundwork’s started in March 23 - the project was completed mid August 23 We are so happy We love our home We are so grateful to Billy and Newstock Highly recommended

Bill and his team have worked and are still working for us on various aspects of our new build - brick work, ground work, drains etc. He has also provided overall coordination and brought in other excellent people - plumber, electrician, carpenter, roofer. Bill does great work, is flexible and action oriented. I love working with him and can highly recommend him.

Bill and his team completed a part single part double storey wrap round extension for us in 2021, consisting of brick and block work, along with removing internal walls and inserting steel beams. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. Bill and the team are extremely polite, pleasant people. They arrived promptly every day until the works were complete. These guys are extremely skilled and know their stuff, they work hard and efficiently the works were completed on time within the quote provided, no nasty hidden extras. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
