Billy and his team have just completed a single storey rear extension on my house. This is the first time I have ever done such a major renovation and I was very nervous about the whole process. Billy has been very patient with me, explaining everything that need to happen and keeping me updated throughout. Any problems (of which there weren’t many) he sorted out straightaway, including a couple of changes to the original design as the build progressed. His team work incredibly hard and I could not be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Billy and his team.

The Newstock team carried out a massive refurbishment on my bungalow including the demolition, only leaving 2 walls standing.

Refurbishment including foundation drainage and building the full shell to watertight this was all carried out in great time consider the bad rain we have had the last few months.

Bill and his team did an amazing job building our loft conversion and single storey rear conversion for our Victorian property. The crew are friendly and really work hard to deliver throughout the different stages. They also accommodated our requirements to be able to live in the property whilst the work was done. When minor changes to the design were needed Bill and the team made sure we were fully informed, and kept up to date. Bill and his team have worked and are still working for us on various aspects of our new build - brick work, ground work, drains etc. He has also provided overall coordination and brought in other excellent people - plumber, electrician, carpenter, roofer. Bill does great work, is flexible and action oriented. I love working with him and can highly recommend him.

Bill and his team completed a part single part double storey wrap round extension for us in 2021, consisting of brick and block work, along with removing internal walls and inserting steel beams. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. Bill and the team are extremely polite, pleasant people. They arrived promptly every day until the works were complete. These guys are extremely skilled and know their stuff, they work hard and efficiently the works were completed on time within the quote provided, no nasty hidden extras. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
